  • Private individuals: all those professionals in the food and wine sector who do not operate within commercial establishments, such as private chefs, food bloggers, home restaurant owners or simply cooking enthusiasts.
  • Small and medium-sized enterprises: restaurants, pizzerias, bistros, bakeries, patisseries, fast-food outlets, butchers, bakeries, supermarkets, hotels, bars, pubs and all food and drink retail businesses.

Apply independently for financing for your purchases

Risto offers individuals and businesses the option to finance amounts ranging from €1,500 to €8,000 in 6, 12, 18, 24, 30, 36, 42 or 48 instalments entirely independently. Simply select the ‘Payment in Instalments’ option at the checkout, and you will be redirected to a secure page where you can enter the personal, employment and bank details required for your loan application. The first instalment will be debited 30 days after the contract is signed.

You will need to have the following documents to hand in digital format:

  • Identity card
  • IBAN
  • If you are a private individual, your most recent payslip
  • If you are a business, your most recent completed Unico tax return, including the receipt

Business financing

If you have held a VAT number for at least two years, we can help you secure the financial solution best suited to your needs, such as leasing, operating leases or unsecured loans. Our financial advisers will analyse your circumstances and propose the best solution.

For amounts over €8,000, we have other solutions available; here they are:

Leasing: what is it?

Leasing is a contract whereby one party (the lessor) grants the other party (the lessee) the right to use an asset in return for a fee and for a specified period of time, at the end of which the party using the asset may return it or become its owner by paying the difference between the amount already paid and the value of the asset.

Unsecured loan: what is it?

A loan is a contract whereby one party, known as the lender, provides the other party, known as the borrower, with a sum of money or a quantity of fungible goods as credit or a loan, which the other party undertakes to repay upon maturity with an equivalent amount of goods of the same kind, quality or value. A loan is generally used by the borrower to purchase goods or services: a typical example is a bank loan taken out for the purchase of property or the renovation of buildings, or one taken out by an entrepreneur for their business activities.

Operating lease: what is it?

With no capital commitment and minimal investment, you can access our professional equipment straight away. A great opportunity for anyone wishing to try out or use the items for sale in our online shop.

We offer small and medium-sized enterprises the chance to access our professional catering equipment through an Operational Lease: a service that allows you to use the equipment without being tied into investing the full capital.

Operating lease: how does it work?

Your investment is spread over the entire duration of the contract: there are no additional costs apart from the fixed monthly payments, which are 100% tax-deductible. The assets are not depreciated and are not recorded in the balance sheet; the operating lease is not subject to reporting to the Central Credit Register. This allows you to maintain liquidity and creditworthiness.

Full details on operating leases:

Operating lease is a financial instrument available to all VAT-registered individuals who need to acquire and use capital assets without necessarily having to purchase them. It is therefore particularly suitable for newly established companies and private individuals who, for credit rating reasons, find it difficult to access traditional financial instruments such as loans and standard leases.

  • Term: 24, 30, 36, 48, 60 months
  • Eligible amounts: from €500
  • Option to purchase: at the end of the contract
  • Invoicing: quarterly in advance
  • Administrative fees: no fees
  • ISTAT indexation of instalments: abolished, as we provide your company with the best professional equipment in return for a small periodic fee, enabling you to maintain high performance in your professional activities whilst keeping costs down.

Documents required for Operating Lease/Business Financing

To apply for a long-term equipment hire/business finance scheme, you must submit the following documentation:
