Payment Methods

Risto offers a range of payment methods to best suit your needs.

Advance payment by bank transfer upon placing the order (100% df the total amount)

The goods will only be dispatched once we have verified that the transfer has been credited to our bank account. The transfer must be credited within 7 days of placing the order; otherwise, the order may not be considered valid and prices may vary depending on market fluctuations.

Payment by bank transfer as a deposit upon ordering, with the balance payable when the goods are ready

A 40% deposit is payable at the time of ordering, with the balance due when the goods are ready for dispatch.
This deposit constitutes a binding acceptance of the order. Once the payment has been credited, the goods will go into production.
As soon as the ordered goods have been produced and are ready for delivery, you will be notified and must settle the full amount within the following 2 weeks.
The goods will only be dispatched once we have verified that the payment has been credited to our bank account.
Should the balance not be paid within 2 weeks, Risto will apply a penalty of €50 per item, equivalent to the daily storage costs of the goods as charged by the manufacturer.

Cash on delivery (COD)

For orders up to €5,000 including VAT, a delivery and handling charge of 8% df the order value will apply.
For orders consisting solely of products in stock with a value of less than €2,500 including VAT: payment in full in cash on delivery.
If the total is between €2,500 and €5,000 including VAT: a 15% deposit by bank transfer, with the remaining 85% payable in cash on delivery.
For orders of non-stock items totalling less than €500 (including VAT): payment in full in cash on delivery.
For orders between €500 and €7,700 including VAT: 40% deposit by bank transfer, 60% balance in cash on delivery.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Postepay, Discover and American Express.

Payment via the PayPal platform

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Postepay, Discover and American Express.

MyBank Instant Bank Transfer

This allows you to make a secure online bank transfer via your online banking service. Your order is processed immediately. For further information, visitMyBank.

Payment via finance

If you have held a VAT number for at least two years, you can finance your purchases withGrenke for amounts ranging from €1,500 to €500,000, repayable in instalments over 24 to 60 months.
For private individuals or start-ups:

Banca Sella: up to €8,000 in instalments over 6 to 48 months.
Findomestic: up to €15,000 in instalments over 6 to 48 months.
Compass HeyLight: up to €5,000 in instalments over 1 to 24 months.
AppPago: up to €3,000 in instalments over 2 to 24 months.
PayinX Scalapay: up to €4,000 in instalments over 6 to 36 months.

Payment by instalments (Klarna, Scalapay, Alma)

Klarna: up to €4,500 in 3 interest-free instalments, or up to €3,000 in 6 or 12 instalments at 3.49% interest.
Scalapay: up to €4,999 in 3 or 4 interest-free instalments.
Alma: from €50 to €4,000 in 4 instalments (including Visa, Mastercard and American Express corporate cards, and some prepaid cards).
PayPal: up to €2,000 in 3 instalments or up to €5,000 in instalments over 3, 6, 12 or 24 months.
Younited: from €200 to €60,000 in instalments over 3 to 96 months with interest.

Instalment fees

Alma: between 0.79% e r 2.37%, depending on the number of instalments.

Other payment methods

These are available subject to agreement between the parties.

Invoicing and Fees

Since February 2021, Risto has adopted the ‘corrispettivi’ tax system. If you are a private customer and would like an invoice, you must explicitly request one at checkout, ensuring you enter your tax code correctly. Otherwise, a ‘corrispettivo’ will be issued and it will not be possible to request an invoice at a later date.

The delivery note or invoice (if requested or if you are a business) will be sent electronically to the certified email address (PEC) or unique code provided during the order. You will also be able to view and download it from your personal account on the Italian Revenue Agency’s website.
