A professional automatic slicer designed for slicing cold meats, cheeses, bread and fish. The automatic feed mechanism is operated by a lever beneath the flat support, allowing the operator to choose whether to operate the slicer manually as well.

The design, with attention to the smallest details, features wide curves and no sharp edges, allowing for easy and thorough cleaning – a process further facilitated by the BLC system (slide carriage lock), which enables the product tray and its support to be removed, thus providing convenient access to the area beneath the tray itself; in this case, a special safety mechanism ensures that disassembly is only possible when the slice adjustment plate is in the ‘0’ position, so that the blade is fully protected. Equipped with a digital panel for selecting the 3 speeds and 3 stroke lengths, including a slice counter function. This model also comes as standard with the S.C.A. plate, suitable for slicing irregularly shaped or uneven pieces of cured meats and/or meat.
