- Static refrigerated display cabinets utilise a tried-and-tested refrigeration technique: only the walls of the cabinet are cooled by a refrigerant gas that is pumped into the internal circuit by a compressor.
- Ventilated refrigerated display cabinets with roll-bond are fitted with a fan specifically designed to circulate air inside the cabinet: this ensures a uniform temperature throughout the display cabinet, maintaining the correct level of humidity and allowing drinks to be placed on any shelf.
